Wedding Photography Prices

i need help, i need to make up a price list for wedding packages and likely engagement packages and now everyone is telling me it's either too much or i have too much offered in the packages. I thought the idea of packages was to get a buncha stuff and they don't have to worry about it later. Of course they can get less or more but the packages would be deals i thought....i am so confused...:O

so if anyone could give me an idea on rates or how to price i could sure use the help

Join the forum and there seems to be a lot of professionals there that could help. Take some things with a grain of salt because I have found a lot of a-holes there that think they are better than they are there as well, and you may have to adjust your rates for your area as well. Some of them are really high society photographers. So the prices they give might not be realistic for your area.

I also found this calculator through :iconkkart: journal and it's a pretty good tool.

i dunno,,, all photography on location for me is 250 an hour with a 3 hour minimum or i charge a day rate of 750 lol but pacakages is where u can really make a killing
